Ticket Submission Guidelines
To ensure your report is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these instructions when submitting a ticket:
Select the correct ticket category:
Complaint → For issues such as rollback requests, inability to make corrections, or SBU content discrepancies.
Appeal → To request a review of a certification decision.
Provide all required information, including:
Certificate number or application ID
A detailed description of the issue or reason for appeal
Supporting documents, if needed (uploaded directly in the form)
Use an active email address to receive ticket status notifications.
After submitting a ticket, you will receive a ticket reference number to track its progress via the "Check Ticket Status" menu.
